Kaomoji Store ships orders via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and USPS. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. You can expect an automatic email with tracking details once your order ships.
Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method selected. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the express or overnight shipping option. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days but for some areas outside of the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, Kaomoji Store is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International orders ship from our USA warehouse.
Shipments sent outside of USA are sold exclusive of Tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authority for rates.
All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.
